Services will be held on Friday, Jat The Church Of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Homedale, Idaho at 10:30 AM. He is also survived by ten grandchildren Greyson, Quinlynn, Brynann, Rowynn and Sheridyn King Mia, Lily and Colten Priest Owen and Hazen Phelps. He is survived by his wife and children as well as his siblings, Cherrie, Denise, Denae and Robert. He was always willing to lend a helping hand, was patient and hardworking. He was “swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath”(James 1:19). He enjoyed having thought provoking gospel discussions and studying scripture. He served in numerous callings in the Homedale 2nd ward. He faithfully attended The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Homedale, Idaho. He loved to spend time with his grandkids. Whenever the opportunity arose, he jumped at the chance to go hunting and fishing with family and friends. He enjoyed dairy farming with his wife and children. They raised their four children in Homedale, Jamie (Gary) King of Greenleaf, ID, Star (Chris) Priest of Idaho Falls, ID, Heath (Annie) Phelps of Halfway, OR, and Summer (Greg) Titus of Caldwell, ID. Randy married his eternal companion, Lynn Parsons, on Main the Seattle Washington Temple. He attended Adrian schools and graduated from Adrian High School in 1974. He then moved to the Ridgeview Oregon area where he learned to farm with his dad and started his own small dairy herd. Randy grew up in Wilder, Idaho until the age of five. Randy was born Augin Caldwell, Idaho to Milford and Donna (Ethington) Phelps, of whom he is preceded in death. Randel Eugene Phelps of Homedale, Idaho passed away on June 19, 2023, at the age of 66.
